The Bazeley Partnership

The Bazeley Partnership is an award-winning Chartered Architect’s Practice in North Cornwall with a proud heritage of more than 100 years of creating and delivering architecture in the South West. Our main office is located close to the beach in Bude. From here, our team of Architects and Technologists work across the whole of Cornwall and Devon, with some projects in London and the South East.

We work on a mixed and varied range of projects, including: high-end residential developments and one-off homes, combined with tourism developments, including hotels and luxury holiday accommodation. We are also committed to developing projects that enhance our communities, including schools and community buildings, and have an excellent reputation for the conservation and restoration of heritage buildings. Our Practice has a strong sustainability agenda and interest in promoting the development of healthy buildings which minimise their impact on the environment.
